Background:
Dave, Anna and their 3 children live in Menlo Park, CA. Dave is a native Californian, born in the San Fernando Valley and grew up on the Central Coast. Dave comes from a very large family and began gaining experience in the trades at the age of 12. Dave has experience working on all jobs on a construction site and prides himself with his keen attention to detail. Dave moved to the Peninsula in 1998 after he finished his basic training with the United States Marine Corps, in order to pursue a career in the Fire Service. After returning from Iraq in 2003, Dave was hired as a firefighter on the Peninsula. Over the years Dave has invested in real estate and continued his craft remodeling homes on the Peninsula. With this experience he has gained valuable knowledge of construction decisions from a homeowner's perspective. During this time Dave also maintained and managed all of his own rental and investment properties learning creative solutions to fix day-to-day needs of a property. Dave also has an excellent understanding of which home improvements will increase the value of your home for potential buyers or the Real Estate appraiser trying to approve your loan or refinance.
